  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Entrepreneur: SoundSphere, the entity offering digital music products and services online to consumers.

  • Distance contract: A contract concluded via a system organized for the remote sale of digital products using distance communication techniques.

  • Remote communication technique: Any means to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.

  • General terms and conditions: The current general terms and conditions of SoundSphere.


Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and distance contract concluded between SoundSphere and the consumer.

Before a contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If not possible, it will be provided upon request without charge.

For electronic contracts, these terms and conditions can be made available electronically in a way that allows storage for future reference.

If specific conditions for digital products apply, they are supplementary to these terms. In the event of conflicting terms, the most favorable to the consumer applies.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

Article 6 – Right of Cancellation

Any errors in pricing or typographical mistakes will not bind SoundSphere.

Consumers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for personal or commercial use (as stated in the product description).

Consumers may not resell, redistribute, or modify the digital products without explicit permission.

If access issues occur, consumers must contact SoundSphere within 7 days for assistance.


Article 11 – Payment

Payments must be completed before access to digital products is granted.

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery of issues.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days, with an indication of resolution time if more than 14 days are required.

If a complaint is justified, SoundSphere will replace or resolve the issue at no extra charge.
